Meet Recap:

Our Far Westerns Team performed extremely well out in Concord, CA between

July 28th and August 1st! As a team we finished 5th overall behind only Pacific

Swimming powerhouses Crow Canyon Sharks, Pleasanton Seahawks, Palo Alto

Stanford Aquatics and Santa Clara.

We had 3 Individual Far Western Champions -

Noah Martin - 15-16 Boys 800 Free (8:40.60)

Kacey Oberlander - 11-12 Girls 100 Back (1:08.29) & 200 Back (2:24.38)

Noah Stewart - 13-14 Boys 400 IM (4:45.06), 100 Breast (1:10.42) & 200 Breast (2:28.11)

Also individually we had multiple Top Ten High Point winners -

11-12 Girls - Kacey Oberlander 4th & Emily Ilgenfritz 8th

11-12 Boys - Coleman Stewart 7th

13-14 Girls - Niki Price 3rd & Alyssa Bixler 8th

13-14 Boys - Noah Stewart 3rd

15-16 Girls - Caroline Bixler 5th & Taylor Brew 6th

15-16 Boys - Noah Martin 4th

A huge debt of gratitude goes out to all of the parents who helped transport swimmers

to and from the pool and who had great dinners ready for the athletes every evening

when we returned from finals! This was truly a wonderful team effort! Thank You All!!
